No guarantees: we do not guarantee acceptance by any state board.

Accuracy: templates and guides are provided as-is; we are not liable for errors or omissions.

Access: keep your login secure and export backups regularly.

Payments: subscriptions renew monthly until canceled.

Billing: Merchant of record is Persimmon Software LLC. Charges appear as PERSIMMON SOFTWARE.
